This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Discowerse (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit this website, request a project, or use the client portal, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have a question at any time, write to info@discowerse.com.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Legal basis
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on: your consent (for optional analytics and cookies), the performance of a contract or steps you ask us to take before entering one (project requests and client work), our legitimate interests (securing and improving the website), and legal obligations.
Sharing your information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and deliver our work (for example hosting, email delivery and analytics), under agreements that require them to protect it, and when the law requires us to. Files and messages inside the client portal are visible only to you and our team.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses essential cookies and storage for security and your theme preference. If we enable analytics or search-engine tools, they are used to measure visits in aggregate. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep information
We keep project and account information for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards for records, support and legal purposes. Server logs are kept for a short period. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we must keep it by law.
Security
We use measures such as encrypted connections, access controls, protected file storage and rate limiting on sign-in. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.
International transfers
We work with clients around the world, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. When we transfer it, we take steps to keep it protected.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, email info@discowerse.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
