Terms
Last updated: September 25, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Discowerse website and client portal. By using them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Questions? Write to info@discowerse.com.
About Discowerse
Discowerse (“we”, “us”) is a digital experience and technology studio. The information on this website describes our services in general. Work for a client is governed by the proposal or agreement we sign for that project.
Using the website
- You may browse and use the website for lawful purposes only.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the website, scrape it at scale, or introduce harmful code.
- You must not copy, download or reuse our images, fonts, code, designs or other content except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
Project requests and proposals
Submitting a request does not create a contract. A project begins only when both parties have agreed in writing on scope, timeline and fees. Estimates and timelines shared before that point are for planning and may change.
Client portal
- Portal accounts are created by us for our clients. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account.
- Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
- Only upload files you have the right to share. We may remove content that is unlawful or harmful, and suspend access if these Terms are broken.
Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, code, logos and other content belong to Discowerse or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Ownership of work we create for a client is set out in the agreement for that project. Nothing in these Terms transfers any rights to you other than the limited right to use the website as intended.
Comments and user content
If you submit a comment or other content, you confirm that it is yours to share and that it is lawful and respectful. We may moderate, edit or remove content at our discretion. You keep your rights in what you write, and give us permission to display it on the website.
Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party websites or use third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Discowerse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for project work is governed by the agreement for that project.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update. These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the agreement between you and Discowerse, as stated in the contract for each project.
